How to place an order with us

To ensure we supply you exactly what you require, all roller door orders must be in writing. Please fill out an order form and fax, email, or post it to us as per our contact details.

Please fill out the relevant roller door order form, clearly mark it QUOTE, and fax or email it to
us here. If you need a quote in a hurry, feel free to call us as we're here to help.

How the order process works

Your part of the process:

1.       Measure your cabinet – we need the internal height & width (and also the external height & width if you are ordering an aluminium surround)

2.       Fill out one of our simple order forms – we require the sizes, material and handle choices, and your contact details.

3.       Send the roller order form through to us – choose from fax, email, or post.

 

Our part of the process:

1.       We will send you a confirmation of your order including the price and an anticipated dispatch date by email or fax (usually email). If you don’t receive this within 48 hours, please contact us to ensure we have received your order.

2.       If you have a current trade account, we will charge the order to your account. Otherwise, we will email or fax you a proforma invoice to be paid before we dispatch your roller door.

3.       We will check our stocks and order materials if required

4.       Once the materials have arrived, we will begin production. To ensure your door is made to a high standard, we continuously look for ways to improve the way we manufacture our doors.

5.       We check your roller door rigorously as we pack it to ensure it meets our quality standards.

6.       Your door is on its way! Our courier provides overnight delivery to most North Island locations and 2 day delivery to South Island locations.
