How to place an order with us

Placing an order with us is a simple process.

Roller Door Orders

Roller door orders need to be completed on the correct order form to ensure we supply you with exactly what you require. Completed order forms can be faxed, emailed, or posted to us as per  our contact detailsAll orders are followed by a confirmation, if you have not received a confirmation from us within 48 hours; please call us to ensure we have received your order.


Acrygloss and Invisedge Orders

Acrygloss and Invisedge orders are placed using our online ordering link. Orders will not be accepted by phone or fax. All orders are followed with a confirmation including your anticipated dispatch date. Because we offer you a quick turn around from ordering to dispatch, please notify us with any alterations straight away; in some cases it may be too late to change an order if it has already begun its production process. In this case, another order can be raised for the alterations and the orders will be dispatched together. 



How to get a quote with us

Roller Door Quotes

Roller doors quotes can be completed on the relevant order form with QUOTE marked in the special instructions. Completed order forms can be faxed or emailed to us as per our contact details.  For quotes needed urgently, please phone us on 0800 50 SAGE and we can quote you over the phone followed by an email of  your quote for your reference.

Acrygloss and Invisedge Quotes

Acrygloss and Invisedge quotes are placed using our online ordering link. Quotes are not automatically generated and you will receive your quote back by email within a couple of hours. You will receive a self generated email confirmation that your quote has been submitted.



How our order process works 

Our part of the process:

1.     We will send you a confirmation of your order including the price and an anticipated dispatch date by email.  If you don’t receive this within 48 hours, please contact us to ensure we have received your order.

2.     If you have a current trade account, we will charge the order to your account. Otherwise, we will email you a proforma invoice to be paid before we dispatch your order.

3.     We check our stock of slats, and order materials if required. Acrygloss and most Invisedge materials are carried in stock and production can begin on them within 12 hours from ordering.

4.     Once the materials have arrived, we will begin production.

5.      We check your order rigorously as we pack it to ensure it meets our quality  standards.

6.      Your order is on its way!
